The Messina Parasol from the Skagerak Collection by Fritz Hansen is a classic shade provider for terraces and gardens. Its minimalist construction of wood and textile is based on traditional parasols and, with its natural materiality, harmonizes particularly well with outdoor furniture made of teak and other woods.

The mast and ribs are made of lacquered Kapur wood, a robust wood suitable for outdoor use. The covering is made of 100% polyester and is treated to be water- and dirt-repellent as well as colour-fast. A double pulley system facilitates the opening and closing of the generous parasol.

This is a piece of furniture from a current or previous exhibition and is only available once. Minor signs of wear may be present, but there are no major defects.
