Where can I find more information about holm°?

This online shop (shop.holmsweetholm.com) is just a sideline to our business. holm° specializes in Scandinavian interior design, from armchairs to entire homes – for spaces that truly fit. For more information, please visit our main website holmsweetholm.com.

What types of furniture do you offer in your online shop?

The holm° online shop offers a small, select range of furniture and other furnishings from various Scandinavian manufacturers, distinguished by their timeless design and high-quality materials.

Are the exhibits new or used?

Display items are products from a previous exhibition or sample display. They are therefore no longer new, but have also not been heavily used. Minor signs of wear may be present. Contact us for further information.

Can I view the exhibits before buying them?

Some of our showroom pieces can be viewed directly in our showroom. Other items are stored in an external warehouse.
Smaller pieces stored externally can be transferred to our showroom for viewing for a fee of CHF 30. Larger showroom pieces can be viewed at the external warehouse in 8045 Zurich by appointment, subject to the same fee.
If the viewed item is purchased within 7 days of the viewing, the fee will be fully credited or refunded. Please contact us for further information.

How can I place my order?

To place an order, select the desired products from our range and add them to your shopping cart. Then follow the checkout process to complete your order. You can choose from various payment methods.

Is collection only possible, and no shipping or delivery?

Since the original packaging for display items is usually no longer available, we do not offer standard shipping. If collection is not possible for you, please contact us to arrange shipping or delivery by our logistics team.

How long will it take until my order is ready for pickup?

This depends on the warehouse location of the purchased items. It usually takes between one and five business days. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Where and when can the order be picked up?

In most cases, we make the items available for collection at our showroom : holm°, Hürlimann-Areal, Brandschenkestrasse 130, 8002 Zurich. Collection is possible anytime during opening hours.
In certain cases, primarily with larger furniture items, collection takes place by appointment at our external warehouse on Binzstrasse in 8045 Zurich. If this applies to your order, we will contact you to arrange a collection time.

What should be considered when picking up heavy furniture?

We kindly ask for your understanding that holm° employees cannot provide assistance with carrying heavy furniture during collection without prior arrangement. Should you require assistance loading the furniture into your vehicle, please contact us. Our dispatch team will then involve our logistics team and suggest possible collection dates. The prices for assistance with carrying the furniture to your vehicle are as follows: CHF 50 for one technician (if you will also be carrying the furniture yourself), CHF 100 for two technicians (if you will not be carrying the furniture yourself).
